About Dwayne

Dwayne Dixon is a trusted advisor to executives navigating the ethical and strategic challenges of today’s AI-powered business landscape.

As an Ethical AI Strategist, Keynote Speaker, and Executive Advisor, he brings over 40 years of enterprise experience to the table — including leadership roles at IBM, Xerox, and most recently Microsoft, where he was responsible for advising top-tier banks and fintech companies on AI adoption and implementation.

Dwayne equips organizations to lead with integrity and courage in times of rapid change.

His signature frameworks — including the integration of Harvard’s Six Principles of Ethical Leadership with Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard — help leaders embed ethics into AI adoption, cultural transformation, and long-term value creation.

Dwayne has presented at global business schools, advised Fortune 500 firms, and guided high-performing leaders at the intersection of technology, leadership, and human well-being.

He holds credentials from Southern Illinois University and Harvard Business School and is pursuing a Master’s in Leadership & Innovation at Luther Seminary. He is also certified in Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, bringing a whole-person perspective to leadership development.
